Who we are

Tom Timney Personal Training is a sole trader personal training business based at West 4 Gym, Chiswick, London W4. The data controller is Tom Timney. You can contact us at tomttcoaching@gmail.com or on 07984 590 875.

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your main fitness goal (selected from a dropdown)

We also collect standard analytics data via Google Analytics 4, which records anonymised information about how visitors use this site (pages visited, device type, approximate location). This data does not identify you personally.

How we use your data

Your contact details are used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry about personal training
• Arrange a free consultation if you request one
• Send you information directly relevant to your enquiry

We will never sell your data to third parties, add you to marketing lists without your consent, or share your information with anyone outside of the direct services required to run this business.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot CRM, which is used to manage client enquiries. HubSpot is GDPR compliant and stores data within the EU. You can view HubSpot's privacy policy at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep your data

If you do not become a client, your enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you become a client, we retain your contact details for the duration of the coaching relationship and for up to 2 years afterwards for administrative purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to us processing your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
