I am Tom, a personal trainer based at West 4 Gym in Chiswick. I work with people who want to get stronger, build muscle, and feel better in their body. People who want a clear structure to actually get there.
Every programme is built around your goals, your schedule, and your starting point. Sessions are focused, progress is tracked week by week, and nothing is guesswork.
A lot of my clients have tried training on their own before and found it difficult to stay consistent or see results. That is usually a planning problem, not an effort problem. It is exactly what I am here to help with.

Changing how your body looks and feels takes the right training stimulus paired with sensible nutrition guidance. No extreme approaches. Just a clear, realistic plan that works alongside your lifestyle and gets you there sustainably.
If you feel stiff, limited, or like certain movements just do not feel right, improving your mobility can make a significant difference both inside the gym and in everyday life. We will work through it systematically and at your pace.
