I am Tom, a personal trainer based at West 4 Gym in Chiswick. I work with people who want to get stronger, build muscle, and feel better in their body. People who want a clear structure to actually get there.

Every programme is built around your goals, your schedule, and your starting point. Sessions are focused, progress is tracked week by week, and nothing is guesswork.

A lot of my clients have tried training on their own before and found it difficult to stay consistent or see results. That is usually a planning problem, not an effort problem. It is exactly what I am here to help with.

The initial consultation is a free, no-obligation call. We do it over the phone or on Zoom, whichever suits you. It is a chance to talk through your goals, your training history and what you are looking for. There is no pressure to commit to anything.
No. Gym access costs are covered as part of your sessions. You do not need an existing membership at West 4 Gym to train with me.
Not at all. Every programme is built around your current level, whether that is complete beginner or someone returning after a long break. The movement assessment in your first session establishes exactly where you are before anything is planned.
Most clients train one to two times per week with me. Some do more depending on their goals and schedule. What matters is finding a frequency that is sustainable for you and fits around everything else in your life.
Sessions take place at West 4 Gym in Chiswick, W4. It is a well-equipped private gym and a good environment for focused, one-to-one training.
The two-session introduction is £110 in total, which works out at £55 per session. After that, ongoing sessions start from £80, with monthly packages available that bring the cost per session down. The best way to work out what suits you is to have an initial conversation first.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Life happens and I am always happy to be flexible where I can, but last-minute cancellations mean that slot cannot be offered to someone else.
