I’m Tom, a personal trainer based at West 4 Gym in Chiswick. I work with people who want to get genuinely stronger, build muscle, and feel better in their body. People who want a clear structure to actually get there.

Every programme is built around your goals, your schedule, and your starting point. Sessions are focused, progress is tracked week by week, and nothing is guesswork.

A lot of my clients have tried training on their own before and found it difficult to stay consistent or see results. That’s usually a planning problem, not an effort problem. It’s exactly what I’m here to help with.
