This privacy policy explains how Tom Timney Personal Training collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use this website or submit an enquiry form.

Who we are

Tom Timney Personal Training is a sole trader personal training business based at West 4 Gym, Chiswick, London W4. The data controller is Tom Timney. You can contact us at tomttcoaching@gmail.com or on 07984 590 875.

What data we collect

When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your main fitness goal (selected from a dropdown)

We also collect basic, anonymous visitor statistics using Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as which pages are visited, the type of device used and the website a visitor came from. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

If you accept cookies, we also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to see how visitors find this website and which adverts lead to an enquiry. See the cookies section below.

How we use your data

Your contact details are used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry about personal training
• Arrange a free consultation if you request one
• Send you information directly relevant to your enquiry

We will never sell your data to third parties, add you to marketing lists without your consent, or share your information with anyone outside of the direct services required to run this business.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored in HubSpot CRM, which is used to manage client enquiries. HubSpot is GDPR compliant and stores data within the EU. You can view HubSpot's privacy policy at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

Visitor statistics are processed by Cloudflare. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

If you accept cookies, Google processes visit and advert data on our behalf. You can read Google\'s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

How long we keep your data

If you do not become a client, your enquiry data is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted. If you become a client, we retain your contact details for the duration of the coaching relationship and for up to 2 years afterwards for administrative purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to us processing your data
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

Cookies

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. Nothing is stored on your device unless you choose Accept.

If you accept, Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies so we can count visits and see which adverts lead to an enquiry, such as a booked call, a WhatsApp message or a form being sent. If you reject, these cookies are not set, and Google may receive basic information without cookies, such as that an advert was clicked, which it does not use to identify you.

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last changed.
