Every programme is one to one, built around your body and your week, and drawn from three specialisms I have spent years getting right.

Specialism one

Strength training.

Strength is the foundation everything else is built on. Whether you are brand new to lifting or have trained for years, I will help you build real, functional strength through good technique, structured progression and a programme that fits your life. You will learn to squat, hinge, press and pull properly, and you will feel the difference everywhere else.

Specialism two

Muscle building and fat loss.

Changing how your body looks and feels takes the right training stimulus paired with sensible nutrition. I build you a nutrition framework around your life, no rigid meal plans and no banned foods, and pair it with training designed to build muscle and shift body composition in the right direction, at a pace you can actually sustain.

Specialism three

Mobility and movement.

Moving well is what keeps you training for years rather than months. We identify restrictions in your movement early, build strength through full ranges, and address the aches and niggles that usually get ignored until they become injuries. The goal is a body that works as well as it looks.

A relaxed, no obligation conversation about your goals, your training history and what you are looking for. I tell you honestly whether and how I can help.

Your movement assessment

Your first session is a full movement assessment. We look at how you move, find any restrictions or old injuries to work around, and establish a clear starting point.

A plan built around your week

You get a training programme built around your actual life, not an imaginary perfect one, plus a nutrition framework that works with the way you already eat.

Coached sessions at West 4

One to one sessions where every rep is coached. Technique first, then progression. You will always know what you are doing and why you are doing it.

Progress you can see and measure

We track the things that matter, strength, measurements and how you feel, and adjust the plan as you progress. You will see it working, not just hope it is.

Between sessions

You are never left guessing.

Coaching does not stop when the session ends. You have WhatsApp support between sessions for questions about training, food or anything in between, and your programme is yours to follow on the days we are not training together.

For clients who want closer guidance between sessions, there is an optional hybrid upgrade with full between session programming and regular online check ins. You can read about it on the pricing page.
