Coaching is billed every four weeks. Pick how often you want to train. For steady progress I usually recommend twice a week.

How does billing work?
Ongoing coaching is billed every four weeks, in advance, so you always know where you stand. There are no joining fees and no long contracts.
Do I have to do the Kickstart first?
It’s the best way to start, because the assessment and programme set everything else up. If you’d rather have a free call and go straight to ongoing coaching, that’s fine too.
Is gym access included?
Yes. You don’t need your own membership at West 4 Gym. Access is covered as part of your sessions.
What’s the cancellation policy?
I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a session. Life happens and I’ll always be flexible where I can, but a late cancellation means I can’t offer that slot to anyone else.
