Personal training for West London professionals who are short on time.

Most of my clients have demanding jobs, full lives, and limited gym time. The challenge is not motivation, it is making every session count. That is the problem I am built to solve.

The reality

Why busy professionals struggle most with training.

West London has no shortage of gyms. It does have a shortage of people who are genuinely happy with their training results. The problem is rarely effort or intention. It is almost always structure.

When work is demanding, training is the first thing that gets cut. When training does happen, it is often unfocused, the same movements, the same weights, the same rough routine, because there is no time to think about what would actually be most effective. Progress stalls. Enthusiasm fades. The cycle repeats.

One-to-one coaching fixes this by removing the need to think. You show up. The programme is ready. Every session has a purpose. Every set is tracked. You make progress without having to also be your own coach.

You do not have time to waste. Every session needs to move the needle, not just tick a box.

Your schedule changes week to week. The programme needs to flex without falling apart.

You want to see real progress over months, not just feel tired after individual sessions.

You are willing to invest properly, but you want to know the investment is actually working.

My approach

How I work with professionals in West London.

My clients typically train one to two times per week with me. That is intentional. At that frequency, every session needs to be structured and productive, there is no room for filler. The programme is built so that two hours a week of focused, well-designed training produces better results than five hours of unfocused gym time.

Flexible scheduling

Sessions are booked around your calendar, not the other way round. When work gets in the way, we reschedule. Life is not a problem to manage, it is a constraint the programme is built around from the start.

Clear goals and timelines

We agree on what we are working towards and by when. Not vague objectives, specific, measurable outcomes that you can look back on in three or six months and know whether you have achieved them.

Nutrition guidance included

Training and nutrition are linked. I include practical, realistic guidance on eating alongside the programme, not a strict diet plan, but enough structure to support what you are trying to achieve.

Accessible between sessions

Questions about sleep, eating, a movement you are unsure about at another gym, you can ask. The coaching relationship does not switch off between sessions.

“Tom is an amazing personal trainer. He listens to your objectives and any concerns you may have and builds a programme to perfectly match. He is patient, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in your progress. I am so grateful he was recommended to me.”

Location

Based at West 4 Gym in Chiswick, serving West London.

All sessions take place at West 4 Gym on Sutton Lane North in Chiswick W4. It is a private, well-equipped facility that works well for focused one-to-one training without the distractions and waiting times of larger commercial gyms.

The gym is accessible from Chiswick, Hammersmith, Brentford, Kew, Richmond and surrounding areas. If you are commuting from further into West London, it is worth the journey, the quality of the training environment makes a real difference to the quality of the sessions.

Getting started

What happens when you get in touch.

Step one, free consultation

A fifteen-minute phone or Zoom call. We talk through what you are trying to achieve, what has and has not worked before, and how your schedule operates. No commitment required, it is an honest conversation to work out whether we are a good fit.

Step two, two-session introduction

If we go ahead, the intro package is £110 for two sessions. The first is a full movement assessment, I look at how you move across key patterns and build an accurate picture of your starting point. The second is your first proper training session, built from the assessment. You leave with a clear sense of how we will work together.

Step three, ongoing coaching

Most clients move onto monthly packages after the intro. These start from £280 per month for four sessions and include full programme design, session tracking, and support between sessions. No rolling contracts, you continue as long as it is working for you.

“Tom is a first class PT. He is knowledgeable and enthusiastic, has a great eye for detail and explains things very clearly. Sessions are rewarding and good fun. Highly recommended.”
