The Kickstart is for anyone who wants to get serious about strength without guessing their way there. Complete beginners use it to learn to lift safely and confidently. Returning trainers use it to rebuild technique and structure. Experienced lifters use it to fix the things holding their progress back.
In every case, you leave with the same three things: technique you can trust, a plan you can follow, and proof that it is working.
Session one · movement assessment

Session one: your assessment
A full movement assessment. We find your starting point, work around any old injuries, and set clear goals for the three weeks. This session is risk free.
Sessions two to four: coached training
Technique first, then progression. Between sessions you have your programme and WhatsApp support, so momentum never stalls.
Your roadmap
You finish with a 12 week strength roadmap, so whether you continue with coaching or train independently, you know exactly what comes next.
I take on a small number of new clients each month so every place stays personal. If the current intake is full, I will tell you straight away and hold you a place in the next one.
